Happy Big #1 Baby Boy

Oh sad day. Karter is one today. I can't believe that one year ago today at 6:21 p.m. this perfect little miracle came in to our lives. He is just amazing. All he has to do is just smile at you and life seems perfect. He is such a boy. He loves to be outside. He also love dirt and making messes. His new hobby is sitting at the top of the stairs and throwing anything and everything down. But he is also the best cuddlier. I love when he hugs you he will pat and rub your back. I also love when he is tired he will wrap one of his arms around my neck and play with my hair. We are so lucky to have him as part of our family.

Summer Camp Field Trip

Yesterday we packed up and went on a field trip. We are doing a summer camp group with some friends from church. We went to the Pueblo Mountain Park in Beulah. It was beautiful. The girls had a ton of fun. There was a scavenger hunt and then they searched for treasure in the pond. Their treasure ended up being water bugs. They each brought two home. and as of today the are still alive. Thanks to all of are great friends for the fun.

Graduation

It is official. Aubrie graduated from kindergarten. Her graduation was adorable. Too bad her last name starts with V. She was way to the back so we didn't get many good pictures. They sang some very cute songs. She ended the year with 23 honey hives. We are very proud of her for the good student she is. We are glad that she enjoys school. She can't wait for 1st grade. Poor Karlee ended up getting sick during graduation. She was not a happy camper.

Field Day

A few days before school was out Aubrie had field day. Me and Karter went and watched her events. It was nothing like the field day we had when I was in school. Thank goodness. There were tons of events like, hula hoops, egg races, tug of war, bubble blowing. I might have actually enjoyed field day if we would have had those events. Karter enjoyed crawling on the grass the most.

T-Ball

We signed the girls up for T-Ball. Angelo was praying for natural athletes. Unfortunately the took after me. After we got over the crying because it was too cold and too boring. I think they actually ended up enjoying it. Especially because they got a trophy. They are both very proud of their trophies. We enjoyed going and watching them. They are so cute at this age they do so many funny things.

Notice the pink boots. That is the day she would only play if she could wear her boots.
